Cozy Inn has 5 star Lake Superior White Fish. The staff is overloaded on weekends due to snowmobilers.

It's not until you finish eating, when they tell you they don't take credit cards. It is not posted anywhere. This just has to be illegal somehow. You are forced to use their ATM for an additional charge!The food is mediocre tasting. However it gave all 3 of us belly aches! It makes sense why service sucks!

a friend at work suggested it on our meandering in the upper pennisula. well worth the trip. owner sat down and chatted with us. down to earth guy. going there this year also. when we go up meandering again. fish was very good.

Food is ok. If you like fried or baked whitefish then your in for a treat. I'm not so much a fish person, but my wife is and she loves it. Prices are decent. Cash only, at least last visit. ATM inside.

Tasty Perch, good service

We arrived in the peak of the Friday night crowd but were seated fairly quickly. It took awhile for our food to arrive but both the whitefish and perch were cooked perfectly. The decor showcases local life with pine on the walls to many great lake ship pictures on display. The noise volume made conversation a challenge at times. They do not take credit cards but accept cash or check. They do have a Credt Union ATM machine. Overall the food was well worth the minor negatives.

Best fish in the Eastern U.P. the whitefish is always fried to perfection. Order it with cozy fries for an added treat. If you dine here on a summer evening (especially weekends), expect a wait for a table. Though the wait will be worth it!

This place has great fish dinners. Deep fried or broiled. Prices reasonable and vary based on how many pieces you want. Been known to give you an extra piece if one is a little small. Oh, don't forget the bar for those who imbibe.
